persons behind the Company involved
themselves in the real estate
development since 1986. Having
completed some projects successfully
with corporate partners established
own private business house named as
M.R.S. Properties as a family
private Company in 1995
.Subsequently the name of the
Company was changed to Momen Real
Estates Ltd in 2001. It is mentioned
that the MD of the Company is an
architect, one Director had banking
background and the other Director
brings marketing and financial
experience.
With
experience in this sector over the
years the Company started growing
gradually. Presently the Company has
most in house technical facilities
required in this sector though we
also have out side consultancy
arrangements.
The
technical hands both in office and
at sites endeavor to design keeping
inconformity with the changes in
time. The technical hands at sites
in association with persons in
office ensure receipt of appropriate
materials and their use . This
intimate coordination ensures
quality construction works.
There
is constant study and adjustment of
changes in requirements of the
prospective buyers in terms of
architectural designs, aesthetic and
functional requirements of
